About 3dfiles

3dfiles.app is a set of free tools for everyday work with 3D files: viewing, converting, measuring and creating printable models. It was built for makers, engineers, dental technicians and designers who need a quick answer without installing software.

Private by design

All processing happens in your browser. Your models and images are never uploaded to a server – they stay on your device. That makes the tools fast and safe for confidential parts and patient scans.

How it works

The tools are built on open-source libraries: three.js for 3D rendering and mesh formats, occt-import-js (OpenCascade) for STEP and IGES, and fflate for 3MF packages.
