Reporting a file that doesn't convert

Tell us the format, the program that created the file and what went wrong. Because files are processed in your browser, we never receive them automatically – attach the file to your e-mail only if it is not confidential.

Pro and billing

Manage your plan, payment method and invoices on your account page. Payments are processed by Stripe (via Link), which also answers questions about specific charges.
