The service
3dfiles.app provides browser-based tools for viewing, converting and creating 3D files. The free tools are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Check converted files before using them for manufacturing, medical or safety-critical purposes. You are responsible for having the right to use the files you open.
Free plan
The free plan includes all viewers and calculators and up to 3 conversions or downloads per 24 hours per browser.
Pro subscription
- Free trial. New subscribers get a 7-day free trial. A payment method is required to start it. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged.
- Renewal. After the trial, the subscription renews automatically every month or every year, depending on the plan you chose, until you cancel.
- Cancelling. You can cancel at any time on your account page. Pro stays active until the end of the period already paid for; you will not be charged again.
- Payments, tax and refunds. Payments are processed by Stripe through Link, which acts as the merchant of record and handles VAT and sales tax. Refund requests are handled according to Link's policies and applicable consumer law.
- Changes. If prices change, existing subscribers are informed by e-mail before the change applies to them.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect loss arising from use of the site.
